Design

When making a pair of sweatpants I start with a heavyweight sweatshirt fabric with the highest percentage of cotton that I can find(currently). It is thick and durable. This used to be normal. I then use the patterns that I designed myself. They are made digitally which allows me to examine the finest details. The pattern is made to have a proper fit along with my chosen features. With the pattern, I have chosen every length, every angle, and every curve to make the sweatpants as perfect as possible.

Fit

These sweatpants have a classic fit. They allow you to move. They are roomy and definitely not tight. Sweatpants started as sports wear and this fit is great for working out and so much more. The fit and durable fabric make them great for tough jobs. They are also comfortable making them awesome for wearing around the house. These sweatpants are so well made that they look great when you leave the house too.

Deep Pockets with Square Bottoms

I utilize a traditional pocket design. The pockets go down far enough to secure your belongings and are wide enough so that they are comfortable for your hands. The bottom of the pockets are square so that your phone/wallet fit nicely.

Elastic

The elastic has a good amount of stretch. It is tight enough to not need the drawcord but also loose enough to be comfortable. Currently there is elastic on the ankle cuffs too which keeps the leg opening comfortably in place.

Strong Drawcord, Metal Eyelets

The drawcord is strong cotton. It ties in the front for ease and comfort. The metal eyelets make the design very durable.

Overlocked and Coverstitched Seams

Overlocked seams are classic sweatpants/sweatshirt design. They are proven and very strong. I go a step farther and coverstitch all of the seams. This makes the seams nice and flat allowing the sweatpants to drape and move well.

A proprietary process is used to ensure that the sweatpants do not shrink. Each size medium is exactly the same as the previous size medium. The process also allows you to wash and dry the sweatpants however you would like.

Many steps are involved in making these sweatpants and they are followed carefully. Everything on the sweatpants is even, leg length from left to right, pocket size from left to right, seam alignments, bunching of the waistband, everything. All of the panels are straight, nothing is twisted. Currently I make them completely by myself, all steps, all of the sewing. Great care is taken to ensure that every pair is excellent.

When done there is an amazing pair of sweatpants in a timeless style that are ready to be worn. I currently have a few sizes that will fit a wide range of people. If you are looking for a custom pair then please let me know. I will work with you to make a custom size with custom features.

There are no doubt still improvements to be made to these sweatpants and I will keep working to make them even better. Just know that when changes are made they will be done on purpose.
