Where are your clothes made?

All of our clothing is fully designed and made in the U.S.A.(Michigan) by me, the owner.

Do you have other clothing besides sweatpants

In the future I plan on it!

Do you have other colors available?

No, but in the future I would like to have other fabric and thread colors.

Are your clothes made with precision?

The design and manufacturing processes are extremely accurate leading to clothing that is made to the same size every time. You can buy a clothing item now and in the future and they will be exactly the same fit and size. I estimate that the manufacturing tolerance is about 1-2mm.

Do your clothes shrink?

Sitek Clothing Garments do not shrink. I use a proprietary manufacturing process that ensures no shrinking. The size that the clothes are when you receive them is the exact size that they will be.

How do you wash Sitek Clothing garments?

You may machine wash and dry them however you would like. I wash mine with a normal cycle on cold. I dry mine on medium heat until fully dry. Even though the sweatpants will dry, the pockets may not dry fully because of the thickness in that area. Just lay out the sweatpants after taking them out of the dryer so that the pockets can fully dry. I have tried putting them back into the dryer for more time but it does not prove to be worth it. Just let the pockets air dry.

How does your design process work?

All of my patterns are designed extensively with a computer. I design every single part of my clothes, every length, every angle, every curve to make them as perfect as possible.

How long will it take for me to get my order?

About 1 to 2 weeks. I will keep working to make this time shorter. A custom order may take longer.

Why do you not accept returns?

There is no need.

Do you offer custom sized sweatpants?

Yes, this is one of the reasons that led me to create this company in the first place. Please inquire about custom made sweatpants. Please know that there is a higher cost with this work.

How do I remove lint from my pockets?

Once in a while lint may build up in your pockets. This is normal. Turn the pockets inside out by putting your hand into the pockets from the inside of the sweatpants. Do this one at a time and using the lint roller pick up the lint. Tape also works. Try making a loop by sticking a piece of tape to itself. I also like to use this trick on jean pockets and on the inside of socks. Put the sock onto your hand while it is inside out then roll the lint.

That is one thing I do not like about many businesses. I will definitely listen. There are no guarantees that we will work together but I will definitely listen.

Do you need help sourcing materials like fabric?

Yes, please, I want to source excellent materials for my sweatpants. Currently I am using very good materials but I want to guarantee my materials for the future. I am looking for 100% cotton heavyweight sweatshirt fabric that I can buy or have made for me consistently. The fabric needs to be of the same high quality every time.
